Hatha flow is a unique sequence of postures and movements that promote both a dynamic and relaxing experience. These classes incorporate all aspects of traditional Hatha Yoga such as breath, silence and postures; while challenging your body strength and coordination through movement.

ME 24hr Fitness

Type of Yoga: Flow/Power

Based on Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, you will learn to move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath. Classes are dynamic and give you a great workout regardless of your fitness level.

Spring Mountain

Private Studio

Type of Yoga: Yin/Restorative

This class is all about taking things slowly and being gentle with yourself. Based on yin yoga and restorative practice, Irina uses bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets to support the body in a comfortable position whilst allowing deep stretches. This class is perfect after a busy week to stretch, restore and relax.

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Irina holds a Yoga Teacher Diploma (HH Dip. Y.T.), has completed 200 hours of practical Yoga Teacher training and 50 hours of Yin Yoga training.

She also holds Diploma in Professional Counselling and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
